Early rising is the habit of getting up early in the morning from bed. It is a very good habit. It is essential and good for health. This habit of early rising helps a man in various ways. The man who rises early in the morning from bed can take some exercises. And he can also walk in the morning fresh air by the riverside or in the open field. The ever-fresh morning air refreshes both his body and mind. Then the air is full of oxygen. There is a calm and serene atmosphere everywhere. If one wishes to rise early in the morning, one can make it into a habit. At first he may not be habituated to rising early in the morning. But after rising for some days, he may build such a habit that will encourage him to rise early in the morning spontaneously. So, a time obviously comes when he can’t but rise early in the morning. An early riser can be benefitted in various ways. He can enjoy the fresh air of the morning and be mentally refreshed. walking in the morning builds up his body. he can start his daily work earlier and finish it in time. A person who does not rise early in the morning generally faces some problems. He often gets late for his office or work. He can’t enjoy the fresh air of the morning. He can’t take a walk in the morning. On the other hand, an early riser can benefit the society in various ways. As he possesses a good health, he may contribute to the development of the country largely. So early rising is important for the students as they are the future leaders of the country. Really an early riser can remain hale and hearty, gain riches and resources, acquire knowledge and wisdom. So everyone of us should from this habit. Moreover, his life becomes full of suffering. So the habit of early rising from the bed is the source of health, wealth and wisdom. An English proverb says that Early to bed, and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”. This proverb has a significant meaning of early rising. Thus, if we rise early in the morning, we can shine in life. So we should practice the habit of early rising in the morning.
