Your sweet letter is just to my hand. You have wanted to know my view about the importance of early rising.
I have learned that you regularly continue your habit of rising late. It is really a bad habit. You know that the man who rises late is unfortunate. Early rising is a positive and healthy habit. The morning air refreshes our body and mind. In the morning our mind is fresh and energetic, so we can do any work with full concentration. Getting up early gives a kick start for the day ahead and allows us to have more hours of work. Early rising improves our productivity and helps to finish our work on time. You are well aware of the proverb “Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.” Early rising is a good habit. If you rise early, you can see the sunrise and enjoy the beauty of nature. You can breathe the pure morning air full of health and strength. You can have the chance of having a morning walk or morning exercise to keep your body and mind fit. Your mind will remain fresh and you will find enough time to prepare your lessons and do your daily duties.
The man who rises early in the morning gets more time to exercise. Exercise helps us to remain fit and healthy. One can experience the real beauty of nature in the early morning. So, it is undoubtedly a great habit and we should definitely make it a regular habit.
