Sir,

With due honour I would like to state that I am a regular student of class VI of your school. I made a very good result in last annual examination. But my father is a poor farmer. So it is very difficult for him to bear my educational expenses. Hence, I need financial help from the poor fund of the school.

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant me financial help from the poor fund and oblige thereby.

I beg most respectfully to state that I am a student of class X of your school. My father is the only earning member of our family. He is a poor farmer. He has to maintain a large family consisting of eight members, three of them are school going. So it is very difficult for him to bear my educational expenses any longer. Now I need a stipend from the poor fund.

I therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant me a stipend from the poor fund and enable me to continue my studies further.
