Dear Sir,

With due respect, I want to inform you that I am a regular student of class VII in your school. I want to also inform you that my father who is a government employee has recently been transferred from Dhaka to Khulna. My family has already been shifted there. I have no relatives or any other scope to stay here and continue my education. So I have to go there with my family and get admission into a new school there. I am badly in need of a transfer certificate.

I therefore pray and hope that you would kind enough to grant my application and issue me a transfer certificate and oblige thereby.
