My dear Jahid,

Thank you for your email. I am very glad to know that you are keenly interested to know about the prize giving ceremony of our college. Now, I’m giving a short description of it. Last week, the prize giving ceremony of our college was held. It was a very enjoyable and interesting one. It was held in our large college auditorium. The chief guest took his seat at the right times. At 4 p.m the ceremony began. Our Principal read out the annual report. The prizes were given for different items. The winners received prizes fromm the chief guest by turns. I personally got two prizes for good result and modesty. The ceremony came to an end with a cultural function.  Really it was a cheerful ceremony.
