Dear Sir,

With due honour I would like to state that I am a regular student of class IX of your school. I made a very good result in JSC Examination. But my father is a poor farmer. So it is very difficult for him to bear my educational expenses. Hence, I need financial help from the poor fund of the school.

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant me financial help from the poor fund and oblige thereby.
