Zara lives with her parents in London. They have come to Bangladesh to visit Zara’s aunt and uncle.

জারা তার পিতামাতার সংঙ্গে লন্ডনে বাস করে। তারা বাংলাদেশে জারার চাচা-চাচির এখানে বেড়াতে এসেছেন।

She is very close to her cousin Mita. Both the families have visited many interesting places together in Bangladesh.

সে তার চাচাতো বোন মিতার সংঙ্গে খুবই ঘনিষ্ঠ। উভয় পরিবারই একই সঙ্গে বাংলাদেশের অনেক আর্কষণীয় স্থান ঘুরে এসেছে।

It was a great fun. Then they decided that they would visit some places outside Bangladesh too.

এটা ছিল খুব আনন্দের বিষয়। তারপর তারা সিদ্ধান্ত নিলেন, বাংলাদেশের বাইরেও তারা কয়েকটি স্থান বেড়াতে যাবেন।

They decided to go to Thailand. But Mita’s parents were too busy with their work, so they could not go.

তারা থাইল্যান্ড যাওয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত নিলেন। কিন্তু মিতার পিতামাতা তাদের কাজ নিয়ে অত্যন্ত ব্যস্ত থাকায় যেতে পারেনি।

However, Mita was going with them. Mita, Zara and her parents are at Hayrat Shahjalal International Airport.

তবে, মিতা তাদের সংঙ্গে যাচ্ছিল। মিতা, জারা ও তার পিতামাতা হজরত শাহজালাল আন্তজার্তিক বিমানবন্দরে এসেছেন।

They are waiting in the lounge. Mita is very excited. This is her first time to board a plane. They are flying by Bangladesh Biman.

তারা লাউঞ্জে অপেক্ষা করছেন।মিতা ছিল খুব উৎফুল্ল। এটা তার বিমানে চড়ার প্রথম অভিজ্ঞতা। তারা বাংলাদেশ বিমানে রওনা দিচ্ছেন।

Mita is hoping to have a great time in Thailand. As they wait, the two cousins start planning what they would do once they reach Bangkok.

মিতা আশা করছে, খাইল্যান্ডে সে মজার সময় কাটাবে। অপেক্ষা করার সময় দুই (চাচাতো বোন) মিলে পরিকল্পনা করতে শুরু করল ব্যাংকক-এ গিয়ে পৌছালে তারা কী কী করবে।

Mita’s uncle brings forms for all of them to fill in before going through the immigration. He gives one to Mita and says, ‘You have to give some information about yourselves in the form.

মিতার চাচা তাদের সকলের জন্য ফরম নিয়ে এলেন- অভিবাসন অতিক্রম করার আগে এগুলো পূরণ করতে হবে। মিতাকে একটি দিয়ে তিনি বললেন, ” এই ফরমে তোমার নিজের সম্পর্কে তোমাকে কিছু তথ্য দিতে হবে।

The immigration officer will check your passport and stamp it. And then you are ready to travel.’ Mita, Zara and her parents start filling in the forms.

অভিবাসন কর্মকর্তারা তোমার পাসপোর্ট পরীক্ষা করবেন এবং তাতে সীলমোহর লাগাবেন। আর তারপরই তোমার ভ্রমণের প্রস্তুতি সম্পন্ন হবে।” মিতা জারা এবং তার পিতামাতা ফরমগুলো পূরণ করতে শুরু করেন।
