âWhat things are necessary for good health?â he asks the students
āĻ¤āĻŋāĻ¨āĻŋ āĻāĻžāĻ¤ā§āĻ°āĻāĻžāĻ¤ā§āĻ°ā§āĻĻā§āĻ° āĻāĻŋāĻā§āĻāĻ¸ā§ āĻāĻ°ā§āĻ¨, “āĻ¸ā§āĻ¸ā§āĻŦāĻžāĻ¸ā§āĻĨā§āĻ¯ā§āĻ° āĻāĻ¨ā§āĻ¯ āĻā§ āĻā§ āĻāĻŋāĻ¨āĻŋāĻ¸ā§āĻ° āĻĒā§āĻ°ā§ā§āĻāĻ¨?”
âWe need a lot of things, teacher,â says Rushad. âWe need healthy food, proper rest and sleep. We also have to be clean and tidy.â

âGood!â says Mr Larma. âThese are the things you need for good health. But another thing that you also need is regular physical exercise.â

âWhat type of physical exercise can we do, teacher? Asked Rayeed.
āĻ°āĻļā§āĻĻ āĻāĻŋāĻā§āĻā§āĻ¸ āĻāĻ°ā§, “āĻā§āĻāĻžāĻ°, āĻāĻŽāĻ°āĻž āĻā§ āĻā§ āĻ§āĻ°āĻ¨ā§āĻ° āĻŦā§āĻ¯āĻžā§āĻžāĻŽ āĻāĻ°āĻ¤ā§ āĻĒāĻžāĻ°āĻŋ?”
âWellâ, says Mr Larma. There are different kinds of physical exercise. You can do them indoors as well as outdoors. In the house you can do some free hand exercise. That is, you can stretch different parts of your body. Outside, you can play, swim or simply walk.â

âWhy do we need physical exercise, teacher?â asks Ranjan.
āĻ°āĻ¨āĻāĻ¨ āĻāĻŋāĻā§āĻā§āĻ¸ āĻāĻ°ā§, āĻā§āĻāĻžāĻ°, āĻāĻŽāĻžāĻĻā§āĻ° āĻŦā§āĻ¯āĻžā§āĻžāĻŽ āĻāĻ°āĻžāĻ° āĻĒā§āĻ°ā§ā§āĻāĻ¨ āĻšā§ āĻā§āĻ¨?”
âWellâ, says Mr Larma. âThe benefits of physical exercise are many. The greatest of them is that it keeps you fit for work. It also gives you energy, and makes you strong and cheerful. It teaches you regularity and discipline as well.â
