Subject: For changing shift from evening to morning..

Sir,

With due respect humbly state that I want to inform you that I want to change my shift from evening to morning because the evening shift does not suit my health and it also cots me a lot of difficulties expenses as my house is very far from the school. My family is very troubled due to studies. My other siblings are schooling from the morning shift of this school and it will be also helpful for me to go home with them on time. I am a good student of my class and there will be huge development in my educational performance if you shift me to the morning.

I therefore pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to give me permission of changing shift from evening to morning and oblige thereby.
