We have the honour to state that we, the students of class IX and class X of science group, are very much interested in holding a science fair on the occasion of the Victory Day. We believe it will enhance our zeal to learn more about the mystery of science. Moreover, it will encourage our students to learn more about the mystery of the universe and will display before them the wonders of modern science.

We, therefore, pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to give us permission and necessary assistance to arrange and hold the fair successfully in our college campus.

Many students will display their creations. For this reason, We can get inspired to create new things before the wonders of modern science. Now we are asking for your kind approval and support to hold a day long science fair in our campus.
