Write an email to your headmaster for opening an English Language club

We have the honour to draw your kind attention to the fact that we the students of your school feel the dire need to set up an English Language Club in our school. We all know that English is the strongest means of verbal and written communication all over the world and we cannot do without it for a single day. But our present examination system of English helps only to develop our reading and writing skills. It does not help us to improve our overall proficiency in English. As a result, we are lagging behind. So, we feel an enormous necessity to have an English Language Club in our school.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to pass necessary orders to set up an English Language Club in our school in order to fulfill our long-cherished desire.
