Dear Sir

With due respect, I would like to draw your kind attention to the following fact that the poor people of our locality are deprived go of medi-care. Many poor families cannot go to the upazila health complex. So, various diseases have broken out in the area and affected the people. The miseries of the affected people know no bounds. Many of them are attacked with cholera, diarrhea, typhoid, dysentery etc. But it is matter of great regret that there is no charitable dispensary in this area. In the meantime, many people have died a premature death for want of proper treatment. So, it has become necessary to open a charitable dispensary in Malotinagar village.

I, therefore, hope that your esteemed honour would be kind enough to consider my appeal for the welfare of the poor and oblige thereby.
