I hope, you are well. I am also fine. I haven’t heard from you for a long time. However, you wanted to know about my experience of a stormy night. Now I am going to tell you in brief.
On a stormy night, I sat alone in my room, listening to the rain pouring hard on the roof. My back was against the wall and a pillow was clinched tight between my hands. I squeezed the pillow so tight that, I could swear, it was going to rip apart. I heard the lightning strike an object close to my window. I jumped, and a few tears began to stroll my cheeks. I was very scared. A stormy night is very horrible. On that stormy night, the sky was overcast with clouds. The wind blew very fast from all directions. Then a speck of cloud was visible on the north-western horizon in the late afternoon. The cloud slowly spread all over the western sky. Sometimes there was lightning, occasionally thunders roars. Thunderbolts and flashes of lighting frightened me. It seems that everything is getting crashed. The storm lasted for two or three hours. After the storm, a scene of havoc was seen all around. People shuddered in fear. Nature looks very gloomy. There is terrible sound all around. Roofs of houses were blown away. Trees were uprooted. It caused a great loss of life and property. They uttered the name of Allah and recited many lines of the holy Quran. The people of other religions also remember the name of God. However, a stormy night is a night of horror and destruction.
