Write an email to your headmaster for providing English dailies in the school common room

Dear Sir

We have the honour to draw your kind attention to the fact that ours is a renowned school in the city. There are about 3,000 students in our school. But it is a matter of regret that there is no English daily in our school common room. As a result, we are being deprived of developing our knowledge in English language. Moreover, we are being deprived of gaining knowledge about the current affairs, research findings, and scientific matters due to the lack of an English daily. In fact, the practice of reading English daily is very important in the life of a student.

We, therefore, pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to provide English daily for our school common room and oblige thereby.
